Motivation for Losing Weight

When trying to lose weight, motivation should be your topmost priority. It’s not the diet or the exercise but how much you push yourself into sticking with the prescribed program. Get a hooby. Overweight people tend to lean towards eating as a hobby. Maybe join a club or play badminton. As long as you enjoy it and it gets your mind off eating, then go for it.
